Julie has an extensive 360° knowledge of the Private Rented Sector working as a Housing law caseworker for a National solicitor firm before moving to a large City firm as Head of Property and Asset management, managing properties for celebrity clients, such as premiership Footballers, actors and A-list comedians.
Setting up her own Lettings and Property Management company in 2006 building an impressive managed portfolio of over 500 properties.
After selling the business Julie took a different direction moving into third sector and charitable organisations, providing specialist Housing and Homelessness law advice for the Citizens Advice as well as working for a Homeless charity managing the Mixed property portfolio and Lease options.
Julie is respected throughout the industry and her knowledge is shared through regular articles in industry magazines such as Property Investor News and Fielding Financial advice documents.
